The Pan American Center Ticket Office cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through any entity other than the Pan American Center Ticket Office and Ticketmaster. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen or inflated-priced tickets, purchase them directly and only from the Pan American Center Ticket Office, authorized Ticketmaster outlets or Ticketmaster.com.

At New Mexico State University Venues, you and/or your property are subject to a search by security personnel. If unauthorized items are discovered, you will be asked to take the items back to your vehicle.
At New Mexico State University Venues, smoking is prohibited in all venue seating areas, aisle ways, concourses, restroom facilities and office/storage areas.
At New Mexico State University Venues, security personnel reserve the right to remove from the venue any individuals deemed disruptive and dangerous to others.
Ticket Policies
Please keep your ticket stub with you at all times. Venue personnel may ask you at any time to show your ticket stub to validate entry into event and to access venue event seating.
At New Mexico State University venues, there is no re-entry to the venue for Special Events for any reason. A new ticket will need to be purchased to re-enter the venue. For athletic events, there is re-entry with your ticket stub.
Please be aware that your tickets have been printed on a heat-sensitive ticket stock. You should store your tickets in a cool, dry place to prevent any problems or inconvenience. The tickets you purchased may turn black if exposed to heat or direct sunlight.
We ask that you please keep your purchased tickets secured. New Mexico State University venues will not replace lost, stolen or damaged tickets.
A child age 2 and under does not require a ticket, but must sit on the lap of the accompanying adult.
In case of a cancelled event, ticket refunds will be available at the point of purchase:
- If tickets were purchased via the Ticketmaster website or phone, call Ticketmaster at 1-800-653-8000 to request a refund.
- If purchased at the Pan American Center Ticket Office, return the tickets to that location for a refund.
Parking for Pan Am Center and Aggie Memorial Stadium
Free parking
Available for NMSU Special Events on the east side of Arrowhead Drive across the street from NMSU’s Pan American Center. Parking in the lots adjacent to the Pan American Center requires a permit between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Free visitor permits are available here.
Handicap Parking
Located on the north half of Pan Am’s east lot.

Clear Bag Policy
Approved Bags
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do you not exceed 12"W x 6"D x 12"H.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
- Small clutch bag approximately the size of a hand (4.5" x 6.5" or smaller), with or without a handle or strap. This can be carried separately or within a plastic bag.
- Seat cushions (soft and flexible).
All other bags are prohibited when entering the venue.
